Revel Homes builds custom homes and takes on major renovations in and around Creemore, from village lots to farms up on the lines.

In-village work is mostly renovation, and it takes a light touch. Century homes deserve to keep their character while the kitchens, bathrooms and systems behind the walls come up to today’s standards. Outside the village it’s the opposite: new builds on open land, where wells, septic and driveways get planned alongside the house. We do both, and the approach is the same either way. Can you renovate a century home in the village?

Yes, and we like the challenge. The goal is keeping what makes the house worth loving, the trim, the proportions, the street presence, while rebuilding what’s behind it. Expect surprises in any house over a hundred years old. We budget for them honestly.

Do you build new homes outside the village?

All the time. Farms and rural lots around Creemore are a big part of our work. Wells, septic systems and access all get designed with the house so nothing shows up as a surprise cost later.

How do budgets work on a custom build?
