DIY tips and tricks

As most of you know, I am the queen of products, and I love trying out new things for my skin and hair all the time. Lately, I've been researching DIY tips and tricks and experimenting on myself, as a part of slowly working chemicals and processed products out of my life (s-l-o-w-l-y, some things are more difficult to part with), to begin treating my body as well as we all should.

My greatest find as of late is the burning mask. Don't be scared, it's not as scary as it sounds. I've been making this mask for the last week and a half or so, and my skin is looking better already. I haven't been breaking out at all, some scars I've had for years are starting to lighten, and my skin just looks healthier in general! I was amazed, because although I'm eternally hopeful, I'm also a realist at heart and I know there are no "magic cures" for the things we don't like about our bodies.

My recipe for the burning mask is:

1 rough tsp of cinnamon

1 rough tsp of nutmeg

1 rough tsp of honey

and 1/4 to 1/2 a lemon's worth of juice

Wow! I almost forgot. I've been pondering bringing up-to-date my site. There's I really enjoy about the page https://polarbearhealth.com. Not even certain specifically just what yet needed opinions 😉 Feedback on that would be great. Alright back to it!

Obviously it's not an exact science, so it's difficult to mess it up. Mix all of the ingredients together, then apply it all over your face (I never use it all). It's much much easier if you use a clean foundation brush or something to apply it rather than your finger! Rather than brushing it on like paint, just dab it so you get better coverage with it. After application, find something to do for 15-30 minutes and then rinse! Be careful of getting it in your eyes though; that lemon juice does not feel good in there! I've used this mask 4 times over the last week and a half, and my results are already showing. If you have dry or sensitive skin, I would use less lemon juice and gradually increase, as there is a tingling or "burning sensation". Don't worry if your face is pink after rinsing, mine usually is and fades within a few minutes.

I do hope you liked this. I ought to mention this was asked for by Branux at Branux Innovative Technical Solutions. always appreciate suggestions and feedback.
