Do you build on rural properties outside Meaford?

Yes, a lot of our work is outside town. Wells, septic, hydro runs and driveways all get planned alongside the house so there are no surprise costs halfway through. If you’re not sure whether a property is buildable, ask us before you buy it. We’re happy to give an opinion.

Can you renovate an older farmhouse or century home?

We can, and we enjoy them. The key is going in with open eyes: foundations, framing and wiring in older Meaford homes rarely match the drawings, if drawings exist at all. We budget for discovery up front instead of pretending everything behind the plaster is fine.
