Yes. The project photographed on this page is in Mulmur. We’re based in Collingwood, and the drive south through Creemore is one we know well.

What should I know before buying rural land?

Water, access and approvals. A drilled well and septic system need room and the right soil, a long driveway costs real money to build and maintain, and some properties carry conservation or zoning limits. Ask us before you offer. We’ll tell you what we see.

Can you renovate an existing farmhouse?

We can. Mulmur has beautiful century homes, and most of them hide surprises in the foundation and framing. We budget for discovery up front so the project doesn’t stall when the plaster comes off.
