Do you build near the private ski clubs?

Yes. Osler Bluff, Craigleith, Alpine and Georgian Peaks country is a short drive from our Collingwood base, and weekend chalets that sleep a crowd are work we know well. The trick is designing for hard use in short bursts: mudrooms, bunk rooms and mechanical systems that handle a full house.

What about escarpment approvals?

Parts of the Blue Mountains fall under Niagara Escarpment Commission control, and some lots carry conservation constraints. It adds time, not impossibility. We flag it in the first conversation so your schedule and budget include reality.

Do you work in Thornbury itself?

Yes, in-town builds and renovations in Thornbury and Clarksburg included. Walkable streets near the harbour make it one of the best places on the bay for a year round home. We work down the shore in Meaford too.
